Was ist Trainingsanalyse?
What PeakTrack records per session
Every session becomes a comparable record rather than a note. That is what makes trend analysis and coach context possible later.
Exercise history
Every exercise you performed, with the date and session it belongs to.
Sets and reps
Set-by-set structure, including changes within a session.
Load
Weight used per set, in your preferred units.
RPE
How hard the set actually felt, so equal loads are not treated as equal effort.
Session context
Duration, timing and how the day around it looked.
Training analytics
Am I actually progressing?
Exercises, sets, repetitions, load, RPE and history in one structured record — so a session can be compared with what you did before, at exercise level.

The four questions training data should answer
Analytics is only useful if it answers something you would otherwise guess at.
Am I progressing?
Trend direction per exercise over your chosen window.
Which exercises are improving?
Movements where load, reps or effort quality are developing.
Where am I stagnating?
Exercises flat or drifting down across recent sessions.
How does today compare?
The current session read directly against your previous ones.
Training never reads alone
The same session looks different after three good nights than after a hard week. PeakTrack connects training history with recovery and sleep context so the coach can weigh what you did against the state you were in.
Ablauf
So funktioniert es, Schritt für Schritt
- 01
Performance trends and estimated strength
Single sessions are noisy. PeakTrack is built to show the line through them: volume and load development per exercise, effort quality over time, and estimated strength trends derived from your recorded sets. Estimates are shown as estimates — they describe your own record, not a test result.
- 02
Personal records and progression over time
Personal records are kept per exercise so a new best is recognised when it happens rather than found later. Progression is presented over weeks and months, because that is the timescale on which strength and work capacity actually change.
