Kurz gesagt

What your stack holds

A stack is a routine, not a list. PeakTrack keeps the structure that makes it usable day to day.

  • Active supplements

What is currently part of your routine.

  • Routine

Morning, pre-training, post-training, evening — grouped as you use them.

  • Time of day

When each item belongs in the day.

  • Frequency

Daily, on training days, cyclical or your own pattern.

  • Start date

Since when an item has been part of the stack.

  • History

What you used before, and when it stopped.

  • Reminders

Prompts at the time an item is due.

  • Remaining quantity

Stock, so you reorder before you run out.

  • Changes over time

Every adjustment kept with its date.

Supplements, peptides & protocols

Your entire performance stack. Organised.

Performance-focused users often lose track of their own routines. PeakTrack is designed to make one structured, understandable system out of it.

  • What am I currently taking?
  • How much am I currently using?
  • When did I start?
  • How often is it scheduled?
  • When was the last administration?
  • When is the next planned one?
  • How long has this been active?
  • When is the planned end date?
  • How many days remain?
  • When did the amount change?
  • When was something paused?
  • What did I previously use?
  • Which protocols overlap?
  • How much stock remains?

Verbindung zum Coach

Connected to the rest of your performance context

Supplement periods sit on the same timeline as training, sleep, recovery and body trends. That makes it possible to see what a period overlapped with — a sequence you can read, not a causal claim PeakTrack makes for you.

User-entered, always

PeakTrack does not recommend supplements, does not suggest amounts, and does not evaluate whether an item suits you. Everything the app shows is a record of what you entered.
