Peptid-Wissen
Peptid-Edukation
Evidenz. Ehrlich eingeordnet. Belastbare Forschung und Internet-Anekdote sind nicht dasselbe — und sollten nicht gleich aussehen.

Was bedeutet Peptid-Edukation in PeakTrack?
Peptid-Edukation in PeakTrack ist strukturiertes, quellenbewusstes Lernmaterial: was eine Substanz ist, warum Interesse besteht, was tatsächlich bekannt ist und wie belastbar dieses Wissen ist. Jedes Thema trägt eine explizite Evidenzstufe. PeakTrack verkauft nichts, empfiehlt nichts und nennt keine Mengen.
The questions each topic answers
Every entry follows the same structure, so topics can be compared honestly instead of by how confident the writing sounds.
What is the substance?
Plain description and correct terminology.
Why are people interested?
The claimed or hoped-for effects, described as claims.
What is the proposed mechanism?
Stated as proposed, not established.
Are there human studies?
Whether human data exists at all, and of what kind.
What is the quality of evidence?
Study size, design and replication.
What limitations exist?
What the research does not show.
What risks are known?
Documented risks and unknowns, stated as unknowns.
What is the regulatory status?
Approved, unapproved, research-use, region-dependent.
What terminology matters?
Terms that are routinely confused or misused.
Four evidence levels, never blurred
The grade is part of the content, not a footnote. A preclinical finding is never presented in the same visual or verbal register as a replicated human trial.
Established evidence
Consistent human research; the effect is reasonably well documented.
Emerging evidence
Early human data — limited, small or not yet replicated.
Preclinical research
Cell or animal work only. Not evidence of human effect.
Anecdotal information
Reports and community claims. Not evidence; included because it circulates.
Peptide learning
Education first, clearly graded.
Peptide information online is fragmented and frequently overstated. PeakTrack's learning layer is designed to answer structured questions and to be honest about what is actually known.
How the learning layer works

- What is its regulatory status?
- What terminology should I understand?
Established evidence
4/4Consistent human research.
Emerging evidence
3/4Early or limited human data.
Preclinical research
2/4Cell or animal work only.
Anecdotal
1/4Reports without controlled data.
PeakTrack does not present experimental substances as proven, approved or safe, and does not generate dosing protocols. It tracks and educates. It does not prescribe.
Protocol context + performance data
Observation, not causation.
Because PeakTrack knows the period a protocol was active, it can show you what else was recorded during that window — and be explicit that a coincidence is not a cause.
During this protocol period, PeakTrack has
- 28 Daily Check-ins
- 15 training sessions
- 24 sleep records
- 4 body measurements
- Recovery information
Correlation
Two things moved together in your data.
Observation
What you noticed and recorded yourself.
Evidence
What published research supports.
Causation
A claim PeakTrack will not make for you.
What this is not
This is not a shop, a protocol library or a medical resource. PeakTrack does not tell you what to use, how much to use, or that anything is safe or effective for you. Experimental substances are described as experimental, and unapproved substances are described as unapproved.
From learning to tracking
Learning and tracking stay separate but connected: education explains what is known, and the protocol tracker organises what you personally decided to record — dates, schedule, history and changes, with all amounts user-entered.
