From data to guidance
You don't have a data problem. You have a context problem.
Wearables, training apps, health apps, sleep tracking, body measurements, nutrition tools, supplements, calendars and notes — the information already exists. It's just scattered across places that never talk to each other.

Connect
Bring existing signals and context into one place.
- 02
Track
Capture what matters in seconds, not questionnaires.
- 03
Understand
See what happened and how it compares with your own history.
- 04
Act
Get a clear focus for today instead of another chart.
- 05
Improve
Watch patterns develop over weeks and months.
Daily Check-in & Check-out
Your state changes through the day. So should the guidance.
A short morning check-in and an equally short evening check-out give PeakTrack the human context that sensors miss — without turning your day into a questionnaire.
Morning state
- Energy
- Stress
- Mood
- Recovery
- Training readiness
Evening state
- How the day went
- Session feedback
- Lifestyle context
- Daily reflection
Morning vs evening
See how the day actually moved you.
Today vs your baseline
Compared with your own history, not other people.
Short vs long term
Separate a rough day from a real trend.
Designed to take seconds — and to get shorter as PeakTrack learns.
Today's Focus
What should I focus on today?
Most tools tell you what happened. PeakTrack is built to help you understand what deserves attention — based on your own baseline, not a population average.
- Training readiness68/100

- RecoveryModerate

Train, but hold intensity moderate and protect sleep tonight.
Derived from your own signals above — many signals, one clear answer.
Sample data shown for illustration. PeakTrack does not diagnose conditions and does not provide medical advice.
Why one system matters
A recovery score means little without the training that preceded it. A stalled lift means little without the sleep behind it. A protocol period means little without the weeks it overlapped. Connection is the product — not the number of trackers.
Ablauf
So funktioniert es, Schritt für Schritt
- 01
1. Connect
Existing data is reused rather than re-entered. Connected health sources and wearables supply sleep, activity and recovery-related signals, so PeakTrack starts with context instead of an empty database.
- 02
2. Track
What sensors cannot know, you report in seconds: a short check-in in the morning, a check-out at the end of the day, sessions as you train, body entries when you take them, and your own protocol and supplement routines.
Check-in
Energy, sleep quality, stress, soreness, intent.
Training
Exercises, sets, reps, load, RPE.
Body
Weight and composition entries as a trend.
Protocols
User-defined periods, schedules and changes.
- 03
3. Understand
Signals are read together and against your own baseline. This is where separate trackers fail: sleep in one app, lifting in another, and nothing that knows both. PeakTrack's intelligence layer holds training, recovery, sleep, body, health, lifestyle, goals, supplements and protocols in a single context.
- 04
4. Act
Understanding becomes one usable answer. Today's Focus states what to prioritise today, with the reasoning visible so you can disagree. Many signals in, one useful answer out.
- 05
5. Improve
Over weeks the Weekly Review adds the longer view: wins, patterns, progress against goals and a focus for next week. Because every comparison is against your own history, the picture gets sharper the longer you use it.
