Was bedeutet Regeneration tracken?
Which signals PeakTrack reads
Recovery is not one number. PeakTrack is designed to read several signals together, using whatever your devices and check-ins actually provide.
Sleep
Duration and consistency against your own pattern.
Subjective recovery
How rested, sore and willing you report yourself to be.
Readiness
A combined reading, always shown with the inputs behind it.
HRV-style signals
Heart-rate variability and resting heart-rate style data where your devices supply it.
Respiratory data
Respiratory rate and related metrics when available.
Training context
What you trained, how hard, and how recently.
Lifestyle context
Stress, travel, alcohol, work load and other day shape you report.
Recovery & health
Recovery in context, not in isolation
PeakTrack is designed to read recovery-related signals alongside what you actually did and how you actually felt.
Sleep
Duration and consistency against your own pattern.
Resting signals
Day-to-day movement versus your baseline.
Recovery indicators
Read together rather than as single numbers.
Respiratory & VO₂-related data
Where your devices provide it.
Apple Health & wearables
Existing data reused instead of re-entered.
Subjective wellbeing
Your own reporting stays part of the picture.
PeakTrack is a performance intelligence platform, not a medical device or diagnostic service. It does not replace physicians, diagnosis or professional medical advice.
Compared with you, not with averages
A resting heart rate that is normal for one person is elevated for another. PeakTrack's principle is to build your baseline from your own history and read every daily value as a deviation from it. Population reference ranges are a poor judge of an individual athlete.
What recovery tracking is not
PeakTrack is not a diagnostic system. It does not detect illness, does not evaluate medical conditions and does not replace clinical assessment. If a signal concerns you, that is a conversation for a physician — not for an app.

What you do with it
Recovery data earns its place when it changes a decision. In PeakTrack it feeds Today's Focus — whether to push, hold or back off — and it explains the reasoning so you can override it with knowledge you have and the app does not.
Train or hold
A daily conclusion with the signals that led to it.
Pattern detection
Repeating dips connected to sleep, load or lifestyle context.
Weekly view
Recovery read across the week rather than day by day.
