What is an AI performance coach?
An AI performance coach is software that reads the training, recovery and lifestyle information a person already records and turns it into concrete guidance for the next day or week. PeakTrack extends this idea by keeping one coach that holds your full history — training sessions, sleep and recovery signals, body progress, daily check-ins, goals and user-defined protocols — so guidance is based on your own record rather than a generic template.
What data can PeakTrack understand?
The coach works with the context you connect or enter. Nothing is inferred from data you never provided, and every reading is interpreted against your own history first.
Training
Sessions, exercises, sets, reps, load and RPE.
Recovery & sleep
Sleep duration and consistency plus recovery-related signals from your devices.
Body progress
Weight and composition entries read as a trend, not a daily verdict.
Daily context
Check-in and check-out answers: energy, stress, soreness, mood, nutrition, day shape.
Goals
What you are working towards, and the horizon you set for it.
Protocols & supplements
User-entered routines, periods, changes and notes.
How is PeakTrack different from ChatGPT or a generic chatbot?
A general chatbot starts from an empty prompt. You supply the background every time, and the quality of the answer depends on how much you remember to type. PeakTrack starts from your record: the coach already has the last weeks of training, sleep, recovery and protocol context, so a question like "should I train legs today?" is answered against what you actually did — not against an average person.
Persistent context
The coach reads your stored history instead of a single conversation.
Structured data
Sessions and signals are typed records, not free text you re-describe.
Same coach
One coach identity across today's focus, weekly review and every question in between.
PeakTrack AI Coach
One coach. Your full context.
The PeakTrack AI Coach is not a chatbot bolted onto a dashboard. It is the intelligence layer that reads across everything PeakTrack knows about you and progressively builds a working understanding of how you train, recover and live.

Never ask twice.
If PeakTrack already knows about yesterday's training, a short night, a social event or an active protocol, you should not have to explain it again. Context carries forward — every check-in, conversation and data point makes the next interaction shorter.

Coach identity: female and male
PeakTrack is designed around a coach you recognise. Two coach identities — one female, one male — are reserved in the product so you can choose the presence you prefer. The final characters, voice and artwork are still in production; the space for them is intentional, not decorative.
Does PeakTrack replace a human coach?
No. PeakTrack organises and interprets your own data and explains what it sees. It does not examine you, does not diagnose, and does not replace a coach, physiotherapist or physician. Many people use it as the record and the daily structure around professional guidance.

What does Never Ask Twice mean?
Never Ask Twice is a product rule: if PeakTrack can already know something, it should not ask you for it again. Anything derived from a completed session, a connected health source or a previous answer is carried forward. Questions are reserved for what only you can report — how you actually feel, what changed in your day, what you decided to adjust.
Already known
Training volume, session timing, sleep, streaks, protocol day counts.
Worth asking
Subjective state, context that no sensor captures, decisions you made.
Result
Short check-ins instead of repeating questionnaires.

Today's Focus: many signals in, one useful answer out
Today's Focus is the coach's daily output. It reads the signals available for the day, states the recommendation in plain language, and shows the reasoning behind it so you can disagree with it. One conclusion — not a dashboard you have to interpret yourself.

Weekly Review: the longer view
Once a week the same coach steps back: what happened, what improved, which patterns repeat, and what deserves attention next week. Because the weekly view is built from data already recorded, it is a summary you read rather than a form you fill in.
