What is a weekly review in a performance app?
A weekly review is a periodic summary that turns a week of recorded activity into conclusions: what happened, what improved, which patterns repeat and what deserves focus next. In PeakTrack the review is generated from information already captured during the week, so it is read rather than filled in.
What the review is built from
Every input already exists by the time the week ends. Nothing is requested twice.
Daily check-ins
Energy, sleep quality, stress, soreness, intent for the day.
Check-outs
How the day actually went versus how it started.
Training
Sessions, volume, load, effort and personal records.
Sleep & recovery
Sleep pattern and recovery signals across the week.
Body progress
Trend movement rather than single measurements.
Goals
What you said you were working towards.
Protocols & supplements
Which user-defined routines were running, and what changed.
Weekly Review
PeakTrack already knows most of your week.
So the weekly review does not start with a blank form. It starts with what has already been captured, and only asks for what is genuinely missing.

What the review returns
The output is written to be read in a couple of minutes and to leave you with one direction for the coming week.
Weekly summary
The week in plain language, with the numbers behind it.
Weekly wins
What genuinely went well, including consistency.
Achievements
Records, streaks and milestones reached in your own history.
Patterns
Repeating relationships between sleep, load, mood and performance.
Progress
Movement against your goals over weeks, not days.
Focus for next week
One clear priority instead of a list of intentions.
Why this is not another weekly questionnaire
Most weekly check-ins ask you to reconstruct the week from memory — which is exactly when reporting quality collapses. PeakTrack already holds the week: sessions, sleep, check-ins, protocol days. The review therefore starts from evidence and asks you only for what genuinely needs your judgement.
Same coach, longer horizon
The weekly review is written by the same coach that gives you Today's Focus, so daily guidance and weekly conclusions do not contradict each other. Comparisons are always against your own previous weeks.
