Protocol tracking
Protocol tracker
Your protocols. One timeline. What am I using, since when, how often, what changed, how long remains.

What is a protocol tracker?
A protocol tracker is a tool used to organise user-defined routines — what is being used, on which schedule, since when and for how long — together with entry history and changes over time. PeakTrack extends this concept by placing protocol periods on one timeline and connecting them with your broader training, recovery and body context. PeakTrack records what you enter; it does not prescribe.
The questions a protocol tracker must answer
Most people lose the thread not on day one but in week six. These are the questions PeakTrack is built to answer at a glance.
What am I using?
Every active routine in one view.
How much did I enter?
Your own recorded amounts, exactly as entered.
Since when?
Start date and current protocol day.
How often?
The schedule you defined.
Last and next entry?
When you last recorded, and what comes next.
How long remains?
Planned end and remaining duration.
What changed?
A change log, including what you used previously.
PeakTrack Protocol Timeline
Your protocols. One timeline.
One timeline for every user-defined protocol and supplement routine — with the history behind it.

Neutral, fictional sample information. PeakTrack tracks what you define — it does not create dosing recommendations or prescribe anything.
Supplements, peptides & protocols
Your entire performance stack. Organised.
Performance-focused users often lose track of their own routines. PeakTrack is designed to make one structured, understandable system out of it.

What the timeline holds
One protocol is a period, not a checkbox. PeakTrack treats it that way.
Status
Active, paused or completed — visible at a glance and labelled, not only coloured.
Dates
Start date, planned end, current day and remaining duration.
Schedule
Frequency and timing as you defined it.
History
Every entry kept in sequence.
Change log
Adjustments recorded with their date so the past stays readable.
Notes
Your own context on why something changed.
Stock
Remaining quantity, so a routine does not stop by surprise.
Supplement routines
Daily stacks tracked with the same structure.
Protocol periods in performance context
Because protocol periods sit on the same timeline as training, sleep, recovery and body trends, you can see what else was happening during a period. PeakTrack shows the overlap and the sequence; it does not claim causation from it.
What PeakTrack does not do
PeakTrack organises and tracks. It does not recommend substances, does not suggest amounts, does not evaluate whether a protocol is appropriate for you, and does not provide medical advice. Every amount shown in the app is user-entered information.
